Nancy is a 21-year veteran of commercial real estate. With Grubb & Ellis, she represents such clients as National University, Allen Systems Group and Iron Construction. In 2006 the San Jose Business Journal recognized her as one of the top three brokers in the Silicon Valley, while the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers has nominated her twice as Office Broker of the Year. In 2009 she became the first woman president of the Northern California Chapter of SIOR, whose membership is less than 2 percent women. She chaired the CREW Connection Project that resulted in the donation of more than $140,000 in services and materials to relocate Career Closet’s San Jose facility. Foremost among her goals, she says, is “to provide the best professional commercial real estate service to my clients to meet both their short-term and long-term goals, and to help young women succeed in brokerage.”

Phillip transitioned into the medical device industry in 2006 after 15 years in the auto industry working for Ford. He is currently managing the lean transformation and Six Sigma programs at the Synthes Colorado manufacturing and distribution center in Monument, Colorado.
